Goodbye Helen and Damo (NEW!)
Youth Alive was a chance to say a goodbye to Helen and Damo. Both of them have been fantastic assets to Animate over the last year and their energy, enthusiasm and commitment to their faith has been shown in all the work and community life throughout the whole year. A big thank you to them for everything and good luck to them both in their next adventures.
Next Youth Alive(NEW!)
Next Youth Alive: St Mary’s, Lowe House in St Helens. 7th September. 6:30pm. So many people have had a whole summer off, many people will also have been on pilgrimage to Lourdes or Sydney and it was all fun but it’s over now, right? Noooo….that is where you are wrong. September Youth Alive is our reunion mass, a great way to renew friendships made during pilgrimage and also to keep your experience alive. We hope to see you at the Animate home of St Mary’s, Lowe House in St Helens on 7th September with mass starting at 6:30pm followed by disco until 10pm. It will also be your chance to meet the new volunteer team for 08/09.

WYD Sydney 08(NEW!)
WYD Sydney 08: I think everyone would agree that we had an amazing time on pilgrimage to WYD SYD. More information and photos can be found on the WYD 2008 page.
Reunion Weekend no more meetings to remind you of but the reunion weekend is already being put into motion and this will be on the 17th-19th October 2008. I am in no doubt that it will be a great weekend. More information is being sent out to all pilgrims very soon.

LOURDES... LOURDES... LOURDES! (NEW!)
Welcome back to all those who went to Lourdes this summer. I have heard good reports back from many people saying what a great time they had and I’m sure that is echoed by many of you who went. A big thank you to all of you for your hard work and a special thank you to all those involved with the Magnificat which I have heard was amazing and appreciated by people from all over the world. Praise and Worship – Wednesday 10th September, Lowe House 7:30 p.m
As we all returned from World Youth Day filled with the joys of the Holy Spirit it was decided to go ahead with an idea that we’ve been contemplating over a few months now, so starting at 7:30 on Wednesday 10th September we will be having a praise and worship prayer group. The plan is to meet together on the Wednesday after Youth Alive each month and it is a time for people to gather to sing, pray and worship together. If you are interested then come along or give us a call to find out more.
