On Thursday 23rd May, pupils from St Benedict’s, Year 6 class visited us for their Faith in Action retreat day. The day consisted of different activities focusing on the Pin Level award; which is all about seeking and searching for God in our day to day lives. The day highlighted all of the acts of love and kindness the young people had completed over the past year as well as thinking about how we can share our faith with other people, before ending the day getting creative, making their Final Pieces as part of their award. There were a variety of final pieces, from clay sculptures to a song/rap, capturing all of the amazing work they have gotten up to over the past year.
We would like to congratulate St Benedict’s for completing their Faith in Action Pin Level award and hope to see many of the young people completing their Bronze level in the future!
